In a move to further their secret agenda that all photos taken everywhere be ugly the DMV has somehow become an even worse place to visit.

Looks like drivers liscences are becoming as serios as passport photos. Not smiling, if your eyes are thin you have to try and hold them open, making you look like you are on a high or have a mental problem.
